Introducing intern, Arundhati Vyas

I’d like to introduce Arundhati Vyas, our new intern, who will be crafting our Ready, Steady, Go! action items, simple things you can do to bolster your well-being and resilience. Arundhati is a Masters in Public Health student interested in gender inequity in healthcare, health policy, and the role of technology in shaping public health systems and outcomes. In her free time, Arundhati enjoys writing, playing piano, and spending time with her baby niece. I am delighted to welcome her on board.Ready, Steady, Go!
This week’s Ready, Steady, Go! action item is to explore the ways in which music can help us to feel more connected with ourselves, and as a result, improve our physical and mental health. To start, listen to a song you love at a place and time in which you can really focus on the sounds in the music. The goal is to listen with intention and enjoyment. Please let us know your experience with it as a comment on the post, Facebook, or Twitter with the hashtags #ReadySteadyGo and #MusicILoveWebsite Overhaul

I’m really enjoying working with the excellent team at Another Day Another Colour courtesy of Vikas Sharan, CEO of Open Growth, a venture incubation and holding company, and self-described “new-age marketing strategist.” Stay tuned for the new look!I welcome your support for any of our efforts.Humor is Good Medicine

A: It finally clickedQ: What do call the thieves that broke into my house and stole everything except my soap, shampoo, and towels?
