Beyond Holistic is a multi-faceted, interdisciplinary, integrative, and intercultural approach to prioritizing well-being. The approach to resistance and resilience is “inside out” with classes, workshops, events, and services that promote deep relaxation, personal practices, interpersonal skills, improvisational skills, thought-provoking conversations, safe and sound workplace environments, community engagement, civic action, global and planetary perspectives, and spiritual growth.
